Registration Rules

The registration form for the 10th National Congress of Occupational Therapy and the 3rd Iberian Congress of Occupational Therapy will be available soon.

 

There are two registration phases. The fee to be paid until April 3, 2026 is as follows:

​After April 3 and up to and including the day of the congress, all registration fees will incur an additional charge of 25 euros.

​

At the time of registration, you must have the following available:

• Proof of payment, to be attached to the registration form;

• Proof of student status, if applicable (copy or photo of the student card).

 

Only members with membership fees fully paid (valid sticker for the years 2025 or 2026) are entitled to the registration fees applicable to members.

 

Registration will be validated by the Congress Secretariat, and a confirmation email will be sent after receipt and verification of all documentation (this may take a few days).

 

The payment receipt will be delivered at the Secretariat during the days of the Congress and must be requested on site.

 

If you wish the receipt to be issued in a name other than that of the participant, you must indicate this in the online registration form: full name/entity and tax identification number.

 

Workshops may have a limited number of participants, and registration will be processed in order of registration.

 

Registration includes access to the respective congress for which you register, access to the Exhibition Fair – AJUTEC, access to Congress Workshops (may have participant limits), lectures and workshops in the Exhibition Pavilion, Poster Exhibition, access to Exponor services (restaurants and common leisure areas), congress bag, and coffee breaks.
